The Church of the Holy Communion's St. Monnica  Chapter of The Order of  the Daughters of the King will be hosting the Diocesan Fall Assembly to celebrate the 30th Diocese Anniversary and 140th National Anniversary on September 18, 2010.  This day long event will be begin at 10:00 a.m. with a Pontifical Mass, followed by two teaching sessions and lunch.

The Order of the Daughters of the King is a lay religious order of the Episcopal Church.  After a 12 question study period and an opportunity for reflection, women may take their life-time vows.  Members of the Order are called to pray daily for the spread of Christ's Kingdom and serve in whatever way God and our parish Rector ask of us.
